We want you to feel good about subscribing. Here's our straightforward policy.
14-day delivery guarantee
If we fail to deliver your first content batch, you may request a **full
refund of your initial payment within 14 days** of your first purchase. This
guarantee is about our delivery — not about marketing results (we don't guarantee
leads, sales, or income).
How to request a refund
Email support@mitchandmilo.com from your account email within the eligible window, or use
the customer portal. We process approved refunds to your original payment method
via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
Monthly subscriptions
- Cancel anytime from the customer portal; cancellation stops future charges
and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Monthly fees for periods already delivered are non-refundable after the
14-day guarantee window, but you keep access through the period you paid for.
Annual subscriptions
- You may cancel an annual plan anytime (effective end of term).
- Refund default for early cancellation: **prorated refund of unused full months,
less the value of any "2 months free" discount already applied.**

Add-ons & one-time services
One-time services (e.g., CRM cleanup, custom landing page) are **non-refundable
once work has begun**. À-la-carte add-ons follow the same delivery-guarantee
principle where applicable.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we'll almost always resolve it faster than a dispute.
Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension.
How to cancel
Open the customer portal → Billing → Cancel (Stripe Customer Portal). You'll get a
