Terms of Service — Milo Marketing Engine

By subscribing to or using the Service, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Milo Marketing Engine provides done-for-you AI-generated marketing content and

marketing/CRM automation setup for real estate professionals, delivered via a

customer portal. We provide content and tools; **we are not a brokerage, law

firm, accounting firm, lender, or advertising regulator.**

2. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

• Plans: Starter ($99/mo), Pro ($299/mo), Brokerage ($799–$1,999/mo), plus

add-ons. Annual plans bill yearly (2 months free).

• Subscriptions auto-renew each period until canceled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges.
• Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from the customer portal (Stripe Customer Portal).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain

access until then. See the Refund Policy.

4. Delivery guarantee

If we fail to deliver your first content batch, you may request a refund within

14 days of your initial purchase (see Refund Policy).

5. Customer responsibilities (important)

You agree that you:

• Provide accurate intake information and brand assets you have rights to use.
• Hold all required consents to contact any individuals whose information you

upload (including email under CAN-SPAM and calls/texts under TCPA). You are

solely responsible for the legality of your contact lists.

• Are the publisher of record for content you approve/publish, and will

conduct final review for compliance with your **MLS, brokerage, and state real

estate license rules**, the Fair Housing Act, and applicable advertising laws.

• Will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.

6. Compliance & content review

We build compliance safeguards into our process (disclaimers, Fair Housing checks,

etc.), but final responsibility for published marketing rests with you as the

licensed professional. We may refuse or modify content we believe is non-compliant.

7. Intellectual property & license

• Our templates, software, and systems remain our property.
• Upon payment, you receive a license to use the delivered content for your own

real estate marketing. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us a license

to use it to provide the Service.

8. No professional advice

The Service does not constitute legal, tax, financial, lending, or brokerage

advice. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for such matters.

9. No guarantees

We make no guarantee of leads, sales, closings, income, ad performance, or any

specific results. Real estate outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum

extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate

liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your

content, your contact lists/consents, or your violation of law or these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment, abuse, or legal

violations. You may cancel anytime per Section 3.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi, without regard to

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued

use constitutes acceptance.
